How the sale works
PROS runs a fixed price sale powered by Sonar on Base. Complete KYC once during the registration window, then commit USDC when the 48-hour window opens. If oversubscribed, allocation is computed pro-rata and the balance is auto-refunded.
Register
Connect your wallet and verify with Sonar. KYC / KYB accepted. US investors must be accredited. Only verified wallets are eligible to commit when the sale opens.
Commit
Commit USDC on Base and choose between Unlock at Mainnet (1:1) or 6-Month Lock (1:1.25 bonus). Commitments are add-only.
Settle
If the sale is oversubscribed, allocations are distributed to maximize participation across all users. Any unused USDC will be automatically refunded to your wallet.
Distribute
PROS tokens are distributed at the Token Generation Event. The Unlock at Mainnet tranche is liquid at TGE. The 6-Month Lock tranche unlocks 6 months after settlement.
